Explore Yoga Practices with Eylül Bengisu Omurtak!

Eylul Bengisu began her body awareness journey during her childhood in Terakki Foundation School Gymnastics team. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, she moved to London for Master’s Degree and started her yoga journey by practicing Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Embracing multidisciplinary vision on her yoga practices, she enjoys creativity through breath and flow harmony, serving as a holistic and safe approach in her yoga teaching style. 
  
In 2020, she completed 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program with Deniz Bağan. Afterwards, she got her certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy Teacher Training. 
Mindfulness and self-compassionate attitudes are the key pillars in her asana and meditation practices. 

 

Explore Yoga Practices with Burcu Koç!

Burcu pursued her academic education in Sociology and Media, she was first introduced to Yoga in India in 2016. She completed a 280-hour Hatha yoga Specialization program in 2021.
She continues to develop herself in the field of yoga with a 100 hours Advanced Yoga Anatomy training with Serhan Bulut.
She also completed a 95-hour Yoga Specialization Program for children, adolescents and children with special needs, and the Anti-Gravity Yoga Training in 2022. Burcu also completed her Pilates Instructor Training the same year.
Burcu prepares her yoga sessions by taking into account the physical and mental conditions of her students. She tries to help them realize their potential by supporting their physical development.
