RECREATION
Atelier Marvy which has opened its doors this summer to exhibitions as well as artist residency, thus becoming the main topic of art circles recently, will be hosting another exhibition/workshop on August 18. The collective works of artists like Ihsan Oturmak with his installations and canvases, sketches by Deniz Aktas, the mural Hasan Pehlivan will be created especially for Atelier Marvy and Sedat Akdogan's photographs will be gathered under the title of "Recreation". The exhibition will remain open until September 20. About "Recreation" This exhibition which the four artists have set about to bring together from different directions aims at giving form, colour and sound to air and is proposed as a recreation area where air current within space circulates, expands and allows contact. In fact, does not the term "recreation" connote a pause, a break?
